About
About The Book:
“How to Shake a Stick at Anything, Regardless of the Quantity” is a book with a long name made for people with short attention spans. The thousands of words found in regular books have been replaced with photographs of equal literary value. This is the first monograph of James McLeod’s work. The photographs are complimented by thought provoking captions as each page potentially encourages a self-guided tour of one’s own imagination.
About The Author
Co-founder/co-producer of several popular underground magazines, James McLeod uses a trained eye, diligent lens and sharp wit to share his humorous perspective with discerning audiences. Despite being plagued by moments of brilliance he continues to perpetuate his ideas into tangible results. Born in Sacramento, CA in 1976, he now splits his time between Lake Tahoe, CA, Denali Park, AK and Boise, ID. For the past 15 years he has worked as a river guide in the summer and dozens of other jobs when it is not summer. ‘Stick’ is his first book. View his other photographs here.
